I was able to practice with Redcoat and Alpha the other day and thought I would put up some pics to see if I knew what I was doing in creating my own thread in the forum. So... here goes. You'll have to bear with me. As Alpha got to target first, Ivan was there to say "Hello." Unfortunately for Ivan Alpha said "goodbye." Alpha's Bombs away. Ker-Blamm-a-Ruski! Shortly there after, Redcoat and I come in to let Ivan know we're in the neighborhood. Bombs Away! The destructive force of the He-111! As we egress out from the target, our old nemesis comes back. Ivan did more than just say "hello" to me. Not to worry I thought. I still have one good engine. But...Ivan was not through with me. Despite the trouble, my gunners never gave up. If only they had not had all that Schnapps the night before. Their reflexes might have been a touch quicker. Here's were it gets a little dicey. Alpha's engines are out, but he still sticks a great landing. (One of these days I'll be able to do the same...lol) On the other hand...here's the result of a flat spin on approach by yours truly! Ouch! Red finishes the mission off and makes a nice landing, then heads to the bar to buy the squad a drink. All in all, a great night with the I/KG26 S~ MadJek

Had a chance to fly one of EZ's fine missions the other night. I flew on the red side and came up against HK_Grayray. Here's what's left of my "Stormy." Man did "she" ever take some hits! (What you can't see in this pic is my right elevator is gone.) I only had one control surface working, my right aileoron, so...I thought I'd take "her" to the closest base and have "her" looked at. For a brief moment I thought I was going to make it, but... Here is the final result! Maybe I should put up a post in the songs you can't get out of you head section of the forum. (Aerosmith-> Same 'ol Song and Dance.) Ahh, still had tons of fun.

I am posting some pics of a mission Adler and I flew today. Well, yesterday now that I check the time... I was able to get a couple of lucky hits on 2 french planes and thought I would share the pics. After reading Alpha's joke today, I was wondering if this would get me a drink at the local pub Red...? Been reading the history of JG26 by Donald Caldwell, so I thought I would throw on one of EZ's JG26 skins Here is the first Frenchman "slapped." ...and the second. I have to give Adler all the credit. He had him smoking and leaking fuel by the time I got there. I just had to make a spark. Would this be a french Fry? (Note: The pilot in the plume of flaming av gas.) I wonder what he has to be thinking? Made it back to base and lined her up for the landing... I know what you're thinking, big ball of fire and a smoking pile of rubble. That is how most of my landings are. Today starts a new era! Finally. As always, had a great time flying the mission.

I know these are not screenies, but I didn't know where else to put them. My brother sent me the first one. Looks like Flight sim is running on that? (Sorry didn't know how to make it bigger!) The second, some guy put up in the HL to show everyone. He then began to pound on his chest and call to the jungle like Tarzan... (He posted a couple other pics of his rig, but ... ) Here was his rationale for spending the money on his setup. JG27_X_Man : I can spend the cash and stay home or at a strip club Blitzpig_bug : and you stayed home?? lol S~ Mad

I know, I know, more crapola from MadJek... I was able to fly a night mission on-line the other day. Big Thunder storm with lots O' lighting strikes. ;D This strike was pretty cool because it looked like it went right around me. (At least from this angle. lol) These next couple are from me just messin around doing some practice landings on my own computer. I thought I had told the AI to "Break." But...After taxing close to the end of the runway, and starting to talk to my son, I look up to see the AI landing! You can guess what happened next. BOOM!! S~ Mad

I thought I would post a few pics of missions with the JU-88. Most are just for fun, but the first two are to show that I was able to use the Stuvi bombsite in the JU-88. Alpha gave me some pointers on it the other day and directed me to look through the readme for the latest patch. S~ Alpha As you can see I tried to line up the AAA and pulled up once the claxon went off to put the target in the (Kravatte?) >--< I wasn't dead on, but the results were still good. (I was dropping two 250 kg bombs on the AAA. I set the bomb site for 1000m and 550 kph. I thougth I was pretty close to 70 degrees on my dive? ) The rest of these are just pics of various bomb runs in the 88. This last one shows just how close you have to be to kill armor with a 50kg bomb. I wasn't close enough...

I flew in Gmann's Crimea 44' Campaign last night and was lucky to be alive at the end of it. ;D My objective was to hit Soviet shipping. I thought I would dive in on it, but since they weren't shooting at me, I went in and skipped a bomb in. Here is why I was lucky to be alive... Lined up okay at first. Dropped my bombs a tad late, but that was the least of my worries. Saw the wires late and it was "Oh Sh#t!" time... Couldn't believe I made it under and through! ...and got the ship to boot! 8-)I've seen the fighter jocks fly under the wires, but can they do it and take out the ship? Nah...just us bomber pilots! ;D
